JAZZRADIO 101,9

Every day live on air starting at 6pm: JazzRadio 101.9 has set up its own studio at the Ellington Hotel and is broadcasting live from here. While enjoying a cocktail or a glass of wine at the bar you have an excellent view at the studio and can watch the moderators of the award winning radio station in action. JazzRadio 101.9 has already won nineteen awards at the New York International Radio Broadcasting Award and received three gold medals for the best Jazz programme.

Leslie Nachmann is the head moderator of the team. You can listen to her electronic Jazz show “The White Room” every Thursday, Friday and Sunday from 6pm onwards. The programme on the other days is typical for the JazzRadio: Mainstream, Swing, Soul and Smooth Jazz. The Jazz singer Maria Rothe and the Ukrainian actress Aleksandra Odonorog are moderating on these days.

JAZZ RADIO WINE CLUB

The ELLINGTON HOTEL BERLIN and JazzRadio 101.9 have re-established a club for wine lovers. Every month you can meet at the “Weintresor” based in the historical cellar of the ELLINGTON HOTEL BERLIN where you can enjoy our highly exquisite wines and culinary delicacies. Konrad Finsterbusch, our new sommelier, is looking after your well-being while you are enjoying the unique atmosphere in the “Weintresor”. The JazzRadio Wine Club has a different theme every month.
