We renovate for you!
From 17th until 30th December 2011 our gym is being renovated. Due to this work the room will be closed and not be usable on December 17. In the following days until December 30, you will be able to work out in an equipped suite. Thereafter the gym will be constantly available again at the usual opening times. Our massage services are not affected by the renovation.

EMS Training
The principle of the miha bodytec fitness training equipment is based on electro-muscular stimulation (EMS). It is a tried and tested and very intensive method; apart from its effect on the muscles, it can also positively affect other body tissue. With this training method you can achieve maximum results in a very short time. The training unit is tailored to the respective needs and goals of the client.
