SMART meeting rate: from EUR 64.00 per person

  • Two non-alcoholic drinks during the meeting

  • Business lunch as recommended by the head chef
  • A non-alcoholic drink to go with lunch
  • Afternoon coffee break with tea, coffee and savoury and cake specialities

COMFORT meeting rate: from EUR 74.00 per person

  • Unlimited mineral water in large bottles during the meeting
  • Mid-morning coffee break with tea, coffee and sweet and savoury snacks
  • Sweet surprises from the candy bar to go with the coffee breaks
  • Business lunch as recommended by the head chef
  • A non-alcoholic drink to go with lunch
  • Mid-morning coffee break with tea, coffee and sweet and savoury snacks
  • Canvas screen and projector
  • High-speed business internet access for speakers

PREMIUM meeting rate: from EUR 84.00 per person

  • Unlimited non-alcoholic drinks and mineral water during the meeting
  • A mid-morning coffee break with tea, coffee and sweet and savoury snacks
  • Sweet surprises from the candy bar to go with the coffee breaks
  • Business lunch as recommended by the chef
  • A non-alcoholic drink and a specialty coffee to go with lunch

 All our meeting rates include the following services:

  • Conference room suitable for the number of people
  • Pin board and flip chart including paper and pens
  • Blotter sets for those taking part

 

Please note: Our event rooms require a minimum of 10 people to be involved for the fixed rate to apply. If the minimum number of people is not reached then there will be additional room hire costs. If there are less than 250 people in the Femina hall then a pro-rata space hire charge will apply.

“Company song” team event / stage show

With our partner René Rennefeld and his team, you can carry out a motivating and entertaining team building session to kick off an event, for motivation purposes or as an entertainment programme. The event is conceived in the style of a TV show and includes moderation and keynotes, vocal coaches, company song live recording, a live band, beatboxing, high-profile selfies in the Photobox and a music video.

Drop straight into bed after the festivities! 285 bright rooms and suites of different categories are available to you and your guests to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

During your stay, you and your guests can park in any of our 50 parking slots safely and securely (fees apply). In the event that there are no more parking slots available, you can park your car in the adjacent KaDeWe I and Augsburger Straße car parks (APCOA). Both underground car parks have direct access to the hotel.
